The Studer Covenant Alliance will be attending the Alabama Hospice Organization’s (AHO) 26th Annual Conference, “End of Life Care: Igniting Purpose with Passion” in Montgomery, AL on October 11-13, 2010.

About the Conference:
The conference will be held at Montgomery’s Marriott Renaissance Hotel and Spa.This event is AHO’s primary outreach and educational opportunity for Alabama’s key hospice decision makers, clinicians, and administrators. Among other talented speakers, Covenant Hospice CEO, Dale Knee, a nationally known speaker, from Pensacola, FL will speak on leadership. Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Awards Covenant Hospice

Covenant Hospice received the Award of Excellence in Program Innovation for its Tuck-in Program. The award was presented to Sandra Huster, Director of Volunteer Services at the Florida Hospices and Palliative Care's 2010 Conference, recently held in Orlando. FHPC created the Awards of Excellence program in order to identify, recognize and showcase outstanding and innovative work of programs and individual staff members across the state of Florida.
